Hosted at Milton Sports Dome and facilitated by Alex Charette (U18 HC) this training will ensure you’re gameday ready when the 2024 OSFL season kicks off.

PROGRAM
The Titans have a specialized training for all skill positions (QB, REC, DB, RB, LB) from 2009 to 2005. Each session will focus on running mechanics, plyometrics and techniques. A combination of skills and drills will be used to keep your game on point this off season.
