All our coaches participate in the Heads up and Safe contact program. It teaches safe tackling and blocking techniques along with safety education and awareness.

EQUIPMENT
Equipment is provided as part of your registration costs. Helmet, shoulder pads, pants, belt, practice jersey and game jersey. Equipment pick up will be scheduled before the season starts. At time of equipment pickup a cheque of $350 will be required which will be returned at the end of the season. If the equipment is not returned by the specified date; the deposit will then be cashed.
All you need to purchase is a girdle (shorts that have pads built in - we will have them for sale at equipment pickup) cleats and a mouth guard!
TRAVEL
All age groups are a competitive travel team. All games that are over 1 hour away will be provided a bus.
